All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.

If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.

If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.

Child Policy

Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.

Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.

Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

All prices mentioned on the website are in AED and equate to cost per person.

All our city tour and safari vehicles are equipped with emergency first aid kit, fire extinguisher, safety belts, and air conditioning. Each car in our fleet is also licensed and insured to carry up to six passengers, excluding the driver. All passengers are required to put down seat belts at all times.

Photography of military and certain governmental institutions are strictly prohibited. Also, do not take pictures of Emiratis without taking prior permission for them. Lastly, do not photograph Emirati women.

Speedyway Travel & Tourism LLC reserves the right to alter or cancel any part of the tour program due to climatic conditions, government regulations, or public holidays, to name a few, without any prior notice.

The complete payment needs to be made upon tour confirmation.

The maximum waiting time for passenger pick up for any tour is 15 minutes. Our drivers are instructed to leave after the allocated waiting time. Neither cancellation nor refund is allowed, subsequently.
