It’s completely indoors and is set as an exact replica of the real adult world with everything from bank, university and restaurants to hospitals and super markets.

Al though entry is not allowed for grown-ups here, a RFID security bracelet (provided to both kids and parents or guardian joining them) assures of the utmost safety of your little ones.

It’s located within the world’s biggest mall (Dubai Mall) and is close to attractions such as Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, VR Park and Dubai Ice Rink.

Shared transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)

The pick-up/drop-off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.

Outside food & beverages are not allowed in the Kidzania Premises. You can buy food and drinks from any of the outlets available inside the Kidzania Premises.

Cancellation Policy

All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.

If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.

If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.

Child Policy

Children under 1 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.

Children between age 2 to 3 will be considered as Toddler and charged Toddler rate.

Children between age 4 to 16 will be considered as Child and charged Child rate.

Children above age 17 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
